What To Do
Santa Pola tandem flying under a paraglider or something else.
On non flyable days you have a variety of things to do. That's why Alicante is the best family destination for a paragliding pilot .
Because there are so many things you can do down here. And you are hardly ever stuck with rain in our region. It is known all over for its very dry climate. You will be outdoors, even when it is not flyable. Kids, non pilots, family members will not be bored. And if they are, well , read the following ...
The nearer to summer the busier it gets on the beaches. Near the appartments you can find white sandy beaches, packed with tourists near the urbanisations, or long stretches of sandy beaches where you can sunbathe on your own, your choice. Worth a trip is Playa de Pinet, down south ca. 15 km. direction Santa Pola, and immediately after the salt lakes take Playa del Pinet. To have an idea how it looked like in the old days.
A lot of guests love the outdoor Go-cart track in Finestrat, near Benidorm, which is our busiest tourist resort in Spain. In summer it’s packed with tourists, in winter a lot more mellow. You can have a drink on the terraces, enjoy the beach, the views or have a meal.
You can enjoy kitesurfing on Playa Lisa, Santa Pola. You can have a go on a three-hour beginner’s course. You will be taught how to handle the sail and with some luck they will take you in the water to try it out. It all depends on your skills.
On warmer days, you should have a go on the waterparks. Or visit the theme park Terra Mitica in Benidorm. (closed from November until April)
More adventure activities can be experienced with our adventure colleagues, such as Jeep safaris, quads, sailing, diving, climbing, horse riding, you name it :-)
Ask us, you’ll never be bored. Take your family along!!
A full day of adventure and fun driving through the Costa Blanca’s beautiful, rough and green countryside. Get ready for some spectacular tracks through mountains and valleys, forgotten villages, deep canyons, an idyllic turquoise reservoir and a jungle like riverbed. As this will be a private tour, we can decide to have a lunch in a local restaurant, or even make some paellas our selves or have some free time in the village of Guadalest for example.
Later in the afternoon, we could take some time for a fresh “natural shower” at the Algar waterfalls to wash away the dust (optional).
Don’t forget: swimming costume, towel and warm change of clothes. Included: entrance at waterfalls.

MOUNTAIN BIKING VIA VERDE MAIGMO
It’s going to be an extraordinary experience, not only because we go biking, but also because of the special characteristics of the track: It is a 22 km long wide route that was totally ready to become a railway in the 1930ties, but never became one, because of the Spanish civil war and other later economic obstacles. The trip leads us through the pure nature of the inland of Alicante, with spectacular views and not less than 6 dark tunnels.
Departure will be the Maigmó side of the track and there will be the option to stop at the village of Agost, the old railway station or continue over secondary tarmac roads back into the village of Agost, where we can have a drink or snack to finish the event. Bikes and their transport included, also back up vehicle with 8 places, insurance.
PRICE: 52€ pp
MAX 20 PERSONS
